Regular cleaning
clients entire home or business will be cleaned and wiped down as part of a weekly or bi weekly cleaning schedule in one visit as agreed on in proposal.
move in / move out cleaning
Client will have their home or business cleaned thoroughly with out any furniture, rugs,moveble objects in the way of cleaning. Walls, baseboards, cabinets, floors, carpet, hardware, mirrors, light fixtures, Interior windows and doors will all be cleaned.
Deep cleaning
Client will have their home or business cleaned on all Interior surfaces, inside and out side cabinets, vacuum and mopped floors, light fixtures, furniture, baseboards, trim, walls, doors, mirrors, home decorations, Interior widows and appliances inside of home or business.
Construction cleaning
Client will have access to skid steer mini ex and dump truck work along with detailed cleaning of windows and hardware paint removal, dust removal, handling of heavy materials or organizing materials inside and out side house or building, as well as installing protective card board roll out sheeting on floors and plastic sheeting on carpets including cleaning supplies as needed.
Office cleaning
Client will have their office cleaned as a regular cleaning with the option of floor waxing and buffing, paying every end of month, cleaning schedule at night or day, access to trash removal by us we can also provide paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, soap, and cleaning supplies as needed.
Window cleaning
Cleaning inside and outside windows, window seals, window boxes, window frame cleaning, window screen cleaning and paint removal can also be included in proposal.
